Cambrian Rally February 2016

cambrian rally

The Cambrian Rally is back for 2016 on February 13th.

The Cambrian Rally is one of the most popular racing events in North Wales and one of the oldest rallies in the whole of the UK. It is now the first round of the Ravenol BTRDA Series.

This will be the Cambrian Rally’s 61st year and everyone is very excited to take a peek at the action. The 2016 Stages information has yet to be released but we know our beautiful home town of Llandudno will be one of them so it is a great place to spot the race.
Entries are already flooding in for the competitors and North Wales Car Club have been busily preparing this fantastic sporting event. They have only had 4 months since the last rally in October to get everything ready but it looks like they will yet again deliver another outstanding race.

The Cambrian Rally is a challenging and wonderfully scenic race taking place through the forests of North Wales. These roads are ideal for providing beautiful views for the drivers but also challenging winding roads to really put them to the test.

If you are visiting North Wales to see the Cambrian Rally Llandudno is an ideal place to stay. As a main stage of the race and a famous resort, with great accommodation like the Cae Mor, you can make a wonderful holiday out of your Cambrian Rally Trip. For competitors and spectators now is a good time to book your stay with us as the Cambrian Rally event sits on the same date as Valentine’s Weekend, so hotels will be filling up fast.

The Cae Mor Seafront Bed and Breakfast in Llandudno is in a prime position on the Promenade so you won’t have to walk far to be near the action.
